IoT telemetry for thousands of solar sites — sub-second fault alerts and fewer truck rolls.

The problem

Panel faults were discovered days late. Truck rolls were expensive and reactive. The legacy system couldn't handle 4,000 sites streaming telemetry every 30 seconds.

Our approach

Rust ingestion service over MQTT, TimescaleDB for time-series, Grafana dashboards, and alerting rules that dispatch field teams within 800ms of a fault.
