The problem

Shop owners used notebooks for stock. Weekend stock takes took all day. Enterprise POS systems were too expensive and too heavy for low-end Android phones.

Our approach

Lightweight Kotlin Android app with offline sales queue, Next.js back office for multi-shop owners, and barcode scanning that works on budget hardware.
