faq.md — asked often

Before you ask.

How much does a typical project cost?

It depends on scope — we don't quote from a menu. Share where you are and what you're trying to ship; after one call you'll get an honest estimate, a rough plan, and we'll tell you if a cheaper path exists (including "don't build this yet").

How long does a build take?

Most full builds launch in 8–16 weeks. You'll see a working staging environment within the first two weeks and a demo every Friday after that, so progress is never a mystery.

Do you work with clients outside Tanzania?

About 70% of our work is international — clients across Africa, Europe, and North America. We overlap at least four working hours with your timezone and keep everything async-friendly in writing.

Who owns the code?

You do, completely: the repository, the cloud accounts, the documentation, the domain. Lock-in is a design flaw and we refuse to ship it.

Can you take over an existing codebase?

Yes — rescue and modernisation work is a specialty. We start with a paid one-week audit so you get a written assessment of the codebase before committing to anything bigger.
