Tour operators lost bookings when connectivity dropped in the bush. Manifests were paper-based, payments delayed, and sync conflicts corrupted data when signal returned.
Flutter app with conflict-free SQLite sync, a Go backend for manifest logic, and Firebase for push when online. Every action works offline first.
